Mid-Coast Roofing

From start to finish - the process was smooth and I felt Informed. I had damage from Hurrican Ian and we had to have our roof shrunk wrapped to mitigate further damage. One day, after months of having this shrink wrap in place, I received a knock on my door and the gentleman asked me if I needed any help with our roof situation. Grant was a neighbor and has since become a friend through the process. I had signed a contract with another roofing company that strictly storm chased and worked directly with the insurance company and they wanted to settle my roof claim alone for over $100,000. No negotiations as they had previously implied. After speaking with Grant on a number of occasions and ascertaining the nuts and bolts of what processes and products they used to put a new roof on my home I was willing to pay to cancel my contract with the other roofer and move forward with Mid Coast Roofing. Not to mention the price was entirely more aggressive and in line with where my it needed to be. I’m glad to say that this is a decision that I still stand behind today and feel no regret. Chris was my actual construction supervisor over the project and he was, as well, very responsive, informative and there to answer any questions that I had throughout the process. When you don’t know what you don’t know, it’s sometimes very difficult to pull the trigger and make a decision in a situation like this, and rest assured moving forward, I will highly recommend to my clients, friends, and neighbors to speak with Grant about all the options they have with their roof replacements - as I know he will shoot them straight. Im very particular when it comes to my property and these kinds of projects - In the end, again, I am very pleased with everything Mid Coast Roofing provided.

Highly recommended! We got a pretty big roof done in NW Bradenton and they did a fantastic job. Done in only 2 days. At every point they were very professional and friendly. One of the roofers even cleaned our pool filter after seeing that the flow was not as good :-) The price was very competitive. They offer an extended warranty. Honestly there is not one bad thing I can think about. Thank you so much, guys!

Chris, the salesperson, was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, answering my many questions without hesitation. Everything he said would happen did happen, just as promised. I also appreciated that he never pressured me to make a decision before I was ready. Bill, the job supervisor, was absolutely excellent—he ensured everything went smoothly and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions promptly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The crews handling both the demolition and the retiling were outstanding. They were respectful of my property and made sure the area was left neat at the end of each day. While everyone did a fantastic job, I want to give a special thank you to David for his patience and friendly attitude when addressing my questions and concerns throughout the job, as well as to the two supervisors, Joe and Mario, for overseeing everything so professionally.
