Colin MacKayI cannot speak highly enough about the staff at this clinic! From the moment we walked in with our cat's medical emergency, we were met with warmth, professionalsim, and kindness. It is exceedingly obvious that every member of this team truly loves the animals that come in, and treats them as if they were their own. Dr. Dan was absolutely fantastic! After taking the time to listen to all of our concerns and addressing each one with patience and clarity, he left us with a feeling of resolution that we haven't experienced with other vets in the past. If you are looking for a clinic for your new pet (or are considering changing your provider), I cannot recommend Bedford South enough!
Kim MombourquetteI noticed on FB that PetFocus was having a microchip clinic today. So I decided I should give a call and see whats up. I spoke to Brandon RVT and he was a wealth of information about microchipping period! I told him my pup can be quite nervous and he gave me multiple ways they could relax him. And spent an incredible about of time with me on the phone. So I decided I would go and have it done. When I arrived in the clinic I was talking to the gal at the desk and said I had been talking to Brandon and she quickly suggested she could go get him. He came out and we talked about the procedure again and filled out the forms then I went to get my pup. He was nervous when he came in and Brandon took him with treats into the back. He told me they would ice the area first and it was a quick poke. I didn't want to go in as I didn't want to see him cry. Well to my surprise all I heard was "Good Boy" and he came bounding out all happy. We also got a swag bag along with the microchip. All sorts of fun goodies! Brandon was excellent. I have never experienced a vet tech that was so kind, caring, full of information and spent so much time we us. That was the big thing, no rushing me through. We even sat down after it was all done and had a great conversation while Louie just watched out the window. I would highly recommend this clinic, if I hadn't had my own vet I would definitely take my dog there. Thank you PetFocus for a fantastic experience today. Kim

Added bonus - the other staff that helped care for him expressed so many kind words about him (and laughs about his silly quirks).
