I just walked in to book an appointment for my pregnancy and I want to clarify before it was one person who was being really rude, the rest of the staff seemed very friendly. I was next in line and when I walked up the woman at the counter available was incredibly rude. She already refused to look at me and saw me standing there looking confused on if I should step forward or not because she was literally faced away from me laughing at my confusion and looking at another lady while doing so who was working there. Then she said in the most condescending tone "go ahead" and so I stepped forward and told her I was pregnant so I was trying to set up an obgyn appointment and she said in the most condescending tone "just call this number on the card" while loudly smacking her gum and looking at me with a dirty look. Not coming back here, I don't want to feel uncomfortable setting up an appointment for my pregnancy.
