Update: the encapsulation crew came out and also went above and beyond, spending two 12 hour days to get all of it done on time. The second night, they stayed until after 11p* to finish up. Pros: looks good very nice crew and even came back when I hasn't completing satisfied and fixed some spots they are very good at customer service and take your reviews very seriously and are willing to fix with extreme professionalism. I highly recommend them. They are pleasure to do business with .Cons they were not able to put a sealant on as our deck had previous paint on it and there product could not be guaranteed to adhere unless we sandblasted first but assured us that we could put an epoxy over it

I started experiencing vertical cracks above my bedroom entry door months ago, after that I noticed my floor had started to pull away from the baseboard in one section which caused great concern. I’ve been in my home 30 yrs now. I reached out to a couple of companies who sent someone out to inspect the inside damage as well as the crawlspace underneath my house to provide a repair estimate. After a couple of inspections I was sold on Tristian’s visit. He took the time to do measurement, took photos then sat down to explain what was going on with my home. You will see in the pictures I attach, I had a lot of problems going on in my crawlspace, the insulation was wet and falling to the ground, the lumber was moist & molded causing the lumber to deteriorate. Tristian recommended crawlspace encapsulation. This was unknown to me but after looking at the presentation he provided, I believe it would have saved me a lot of money along the way. I decided to go with the encapsulation first. A couple of weeks ago Garrett, Ben & Jacob came out to begin the crawlspace encapsulation. First step was to remove all the insulation then do a full mold treatment to get rid of the mold. After that they started the encapsulation, installed pumps & a dehumidifier. You can see in the before and after pictures how great of a job they did. I don’t want to leave out the great attitudes all of these gentlemen exhibited while working on my home. I had a visit from Michael the quality inspector today who signed off on the encapsulation job. I’m very pleased with the crawlspace encapsulation. I’ve noticed the inside of my home temperature feels better, my floors are not as cold and there is a cleaner smell without having to use a ton of air fresheners. Next step is scheduling the repair. I needed foundation and driveway repair. I called and Donny F. came out and gave me solutions at a reasonable price point. I decided I would have both jobs done and the 2 crews came on separate days with the foundation work starting with Ethan, Kyle and a couple guys. The second crew came about a month later and Brian called to keep me informed. I met Chris M.,Chris H., Mike L. & Christian L. I was impressed by their willingness to share information about the pride in the company and the job they do. A couple of my neighbors stopped by and also inquired about the work on my driveway.
