We have a flat roof over our garage we wanted to make into a usable balcony patio. At the time we had very thing plywood and asphalt roofing that was uncomfortable to stay on. We called many contractors and roofers but they did not seem interested in our job. Blake came out and listened to our concerns, heard our ideas, and offered solutions on the spot with good reasoning behind them. Sure enough we booked them and they set a time to start. Before starting we had to place a 50% deposit that could be paid online or in person. Online process was incredibly easy and offers either card payment or bank account linking. Absolutely zero issue getting that taken care of. When the time came Blake and several workers came and took off the old material. Afterwards they started getting to work on repairing some of the damaged joists, and set thicker plywood to make walking more stable. Afterward he had a separate team lay down TPO and they were pros with it. Overall we had the process done and dusted within 2 weeks! Overall, good contractors are diamonds in the rough and this team is certainly a patch of em!

Patriot Roofing is a great name, but Professional Roofing seems more fitting. I had a few shingles missing on my house and was worried about leaks. They came out and replaced the 3 shingles, explained how an insurance claim works, then said there was no charge and sent me the pictures. I can’t believe I’m actually excited for the next hail storm. Thank you, Patriot.
