Trademark Exteriors Restoration

We had a leak where next to our chimney. I contacted Level Up and they came out and completed a free estimate. It was determined our roof wasn't up to code and needed replaced. We were devastated and overwhelmed. Thankfully, Chastity with Level Up took care of everything! She had one of her team members meet at our house with the insurance adjuster to make sure nothing was missed. She communicated with them to guarantee everything was set up and in place to help make sure our roof was replaced correctly and covered so that we would only need to pay the deductible. It was the easiest project we've ever been a part of thanks to the Level Up team! The crew members repairing the roof went to our neighbors and gave them business cards and told them if anything, even a nail, fell off our roof and into their yard to call them and they would come clean it up! The job only took 2 days and they worked all day to make sure the roof was completed quickly! I would highly recommend Level Up Roofs if you're needing your roof repaired!

Level up rescued me when I found myself in a bad situation from another contractor. They were honest, compassionate and went the extra mile. They put in significant time assessing my situation and helping me get it done correctly while also saving me as much money as possible. Chastity even came to my house herself.
