I hired this company and dealt with Ted on booking, price etc. Everything was great until moving day. ALOT of my items were severely damaged and broken. When making Ted aware of the damages, I was respectful. Ted responded right away to my concerns but after requesting photos of the damage caused, and said photos being sent to Ted, he ghosted my husband and I completely, wouldn't answer our calls, emails and even ignored our email to let him know we had forwarded his information and damaged property pictures to our lawyer. I paid 2k and probably have about 1k in damages, things I cannot replace! Beware when hiring this company as the way they deal with honest people who just want a fair resolution was less than acceptable and downright slimy.

Thank you Maplegreen. Great team of movers! They were excellent! They worked so hard moving everything with great care. Getting my couch in was miraculous. The movers were also nice and friendly and made the entire process so much less stressful, just by lightening the mood. Fair pricing with no surprise costs. Response time to enquires was excellent. The only company I will ever call.

These guys were amazing!!! I was in a pinch and needed to get a few large pieces of furniture moved ASAP but it was 8:30pm at night so I wasn’t very optimistic… and then I called these guys! At 8:30am the following morning they were at my door and ready to go! And despite it being the end of the month they still managed to fit me in and get my stuff moved 12 hours after I called, what can I say beyond thank you!!! They were quick, professional and got the job done! I was super impressed and I really can’t thank them enough!!! 5 stars right across the board!
