I don't care how you have come in contact with this "clinic". RUN. AVOID. They seem like they are willing to help. They are not. YOU ARE A BURDEN to them. You are the reason they get headaches. Because they think they're own patients are the ones holding them back in life. They chose this profession. But they're not mature enough to accept the incredible responsibility. The staff are weak. The doctors are weak. Accept for Doctor Jordan. He's good. This staff is absolute garbage and will treat you as such. Probably because they aren't paid what they should be. So why should they care? I hate this place. I hate it. " Go someplace else then?" For some of us its much harder to do that than others. "deal with it then?" Yep. We definitely will

Unprofessional dental coordinator and dentist at the Rockford location 1221 E State Street. Im not sure of what happened to the old staff but the new staff is not trained properly. Ive never had a horrible experience at the dentist office until recently. When I spoke with the Dental Coordinator to file a complaint regarding my experience with my new (now former) dentist, she had nasty attitude. Very unprofessional and very dismissive so instead of wasting my time I decided to file a complaint with IDPRF.

I am extremely disappointed with the services at this hospital and the approach of their staff. About a year ago, I started treatment here and was prescribed medication that significantly affects my brain function. Initially, I received a month's supply. However, nearly every time I’ve needed a refill, I've been informed at the last minute that I must see a doctor again, leading to a gap of 2-3 weeks without my medication due to delayed appointment scheduling. This on-and-off cycle has been detrimental and unsettling. After over 8 months on this regimen, they informed me that I should have been evaluated by a different specialist before beginning my medication—a specialist who ultimately decides on the necessity of the prescription. This protocol was never followed from the start. I am frustrated with the lack of clear communication and proper protocol adherence. It’s disheartening that the hospital has repeatedly allowed me to run out of essential medication without timely notice, complicating my treatment continuity. I cannot recommend this hospital based on my experiences.

yesterday I had appointment and got blood drawn. as I was leaving, I suddenly started getting dizzy and nauseous and the first to notice was the security at the entrance. they grabbed the nurses while I sat down and gave me a trash can to throw up in (sorry for tmi lmao) the nurses were so sweet and talked me through it, then wheeled me back into one of the rooms out of public view and took care of me. had 2 or 3 nurses checking up on me to see how I was feeling, gave me some water, and even turned the lights off in the room so it wasn't so bright and uncomfortable for me. I wish I caught their names, but they were genuinely so sweet and caring, I can tell they're passionate about their work and not in it for the money. I just want to personally thank and shout out the nurses that helped me yesterday and walked me through a scary situation and were at my side while I recovered, and I want to thank the security for grabbing them and noticing something was wrong and jumping to action. without them I probably would've just walked off to my car and something worse could've happened. thank you again to the security and nurses here 💛
