I can’t say enough great things about this company! From start to finish, the entire roof replacement was handled with the highest level of professionalism and expertise. After spending several days obtaining estimates and reviewing side by side comparisons, Millennial Roofers was the more affordable option and included a FREE wind mitigation report. They pulled all the necessary permits, communicated every step of the way, and even walked me through different options when unexpected repairs came up so I could make the best decision. The crew was courteous, efficient, and actually finished the project ahead of schedule…which is rare these days! The owner, Shamar, went above and beyond. He met me in Hillsborough County so I could see samples in person, and even let me keep them for a couple of days to really make sure I was confident in my choice. That kind of customer care is hard to find. My investment property is in Sarasota County, more than an hour away. Despite that, Shamar was on site daily to check on his team and the progression of the roof replacement project. I couldn’t be happier with the final results.
