Office was clean staff was friendly, and attentive! I called at 8am this morning and I was in the office by 2 pm the same day, in fact they offered a noon appointment but I was at another consultation for another dentist so I eagerly accepted the 2 o’clock spot, but anyway I was called back almost immediately (after the quick signature explaining the cost of the consultation; which was billed to insurance so I didn’t pay for that) in the back They did a thorough examination and X-rays within the first 10 mins of arrival, and we discussed my treatment plan, dentist was honest and straight forward, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, she just gave me the estimate of what’s covered by insurance and then went over our ‘out of pocket’ expenses and to my surprise their quote was a literal 1/3 of the quote I received from Aspen dental 2 hours prior at the consultation I had there.. with out hesitation I was happy to make my payment in full and get started with the process. I have saved literally thousands over $4k cheaper, although it will take a couple weeks longer than Aspen said, it is worth the wait for the price alone. Plus at aspen they told me I couldn’t pick my tooth and gum color if I didn’t buy their most expensive denture, here at Cheyenne they allowed me to have a say in the tooth size, color as well as tooth shape, they picked the color of my gums based on their 3D imaging that scanned my actual gums and roof of my mouth for the mold (which I was personally grateful that I didn’t have to do the old school way with that yucky impressions gunk I had at my old denturist) I highly recommend!

I normally have nothing good to say about dental care but Cheyenne Dental is amazing. When you first walk in you feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone has a smile when greeting you and the WAIT TIME is minimum. Let’s talk about the pain; what pain? It is so quick and you’re walked through the process and how it will feel. The experience from the staff to the dentist is fantastic!

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, my experience with the dentist was disappointing. She seemed rushed, did not introduce herself, and offered little to no explanation about her findings or recommendations. The appointment felt impersonal, and I left with more questions than answers. A bit more communication and care would have made a big difference.
