Target is quick to announce a great policy about the 1 year cat n jack returns but when people actually use it they are quick to take it back with no announcement. And the store manager Regina could have made an exception for no more than 10 items since the policy is still on Target.com but she did not want to honor it even with every receipt I had. I hope her or her family are never in need and rejected like she did to me.

The girl working customer service basically laughed in my face when I came in to return a cat and jack order. She said they don’t do those anymore and to try somewhere else. It’s on the target website that they’re supposed to honor returns within 1 year for cat and jack.

Great Target with big wide aisles and plenty of product. I was able to find what I was looking for easily. The employees wipe down the registers and carts after each guest,but you do still have to mask up before entering. I'm a big fan of Target stores because they're always clean and the store layout is on point every time!

HUGE thank you to Christina, Garrett, Marz, and Regina who were working around 5-6ish pm today! I was feeling terrible and almost passed out and had to sit down for a bit and they went above and beyond for me. They were so attentive, patient and helpful to me and made sure I was okay, offered me water and refreshments to make sure I had enough nutrients to at least make it out of the store and make it home. They got me a motorized cart so I could make it to checkout and my car, asked if I needed them to call anyone for me, just really excellent customer service. Thanks again guys. It's so awkward needing things from people, but you guys were so kind and gracious. I'll definitely continue to support this location as long as you guys are working here.
