I don't even know where to start; The team here is just incredible at what they do. From the moment you walk in to the moments you leave, they are supportive, helpful and loving people! Alex in the front is so awesome at her job, she is thoughtful, great at listening to your schedule and issues; and always on top of planning! Dr. Kowalski is unbelievably knowledgeable and talented at what he does; you can tell he loves his job and loves helping people work through their injuries and displacements! I've been seeing him for a while and he always helps me with an ongoing issue I have, but if there is anything on top of my existing injury that is bothering me, he doesn't just rush me out after the first correction, he will hear you out and work through each thing with you! He is patient, intelligent and kind! I am so happy to have this awesome team in my life and I can't recommend them enough!!! If you're looking for a new chiro location, this is your place! I have been going to Mission Hills for almost 10 years and they are amazing. The new owner, Ryan Kowalski is fantastic. Not only is he very personable but he actually listens when you are talking to him, you can see in his eyes that he deeply cares about what he is doing and wants the best for his patients. Like the last owner, the receptionist is amazing as well! Very organized and everything is always on time.

I have been going to Mission Hills Chiropractic & Massage for over a year. Ryan is an amazing chiropractor. My body has been affected by CPTSD(brain developed in amygdala(fight/flight/ freeze) brain)and with Ryan’s knowledge he has been able to alleviate the pressure when my muscles don’t relax enough. I have a few injuries and I am able to function without as much pain. Thank you to the amazing staff who are friendly and courteous as well. I won’t be going anywhere else.
