Luke, the tech, arrived promptly, was knowledgeable and polite throughout his visit, addressed my concerns, and submitted a winning bid. I’m former USAF/MSANG, and despite coming from another customer’s job, Luke and his vehicle looked to be fit to pass a military inspection: top-notch appearance, backed up with top-notch performance. He won my business, fair and square. UPDATE: Luke Piercy Installed my meter base and upgraded me to 200 amp Service, and got all the inspections done and now I’m just waiting on Entergy. From the time Luke arrived on “installation day,” until he was on his way to his next customer, was definitely less than four hours, — and possibly closer to three. And the quality of his work is amazing: he clearly cared about the appearance of the final installation: I got a cosmetic upgrade in addition to getting my electrical service back!
