The MMC online patient portal is terrible. I hate leaving this bad review, but it is apparently necessary. Otherwise, I like my doctor at MMC and he gets 5 stars. I would love to see MMC get the PROFESSIONAL HELP it needs with the portal so that I can remove this bad review.

The front office staff have always been nice. My first visit they weren't over the top friendly but very professional. I've been a patient for a few yrs now and they have gotten friendlier over time. That's expected when you first start going they don't know you or your personality. The nurses and Lab techs have all been friendly. I have seen Megan for most of my visits and she is amazing. Very kind, patient & knowledgeable. She has always explained everything in detail - making sure I understood if it were not a good option for me "why". She made me feel comfortable from visit 1. The other doctors/NP's I've seen have been professional and nice as well. The doctor isn't a fun place - when you go there is usually always something wrong but my experience with this office has always been pleasant no matter the reason for my visit.
