My first experience with these guys was great! I had an hour long massage with Sorubini. She had the perfect amount of pressure and made sure to spend time on my problem areas which were my shoulders neck and lower back. My first experience with these guys was amazing The overall experience was truly outstanding, leaving me thoroughly impressed Bini. she relief my pain i suffered more year. Without hesitation, I'm already planning next appoiment . Fundamentals Physio has been the best physio experience I've had to date! I loved the client experience from front to back, including all the reminder texts. To top it off the kindness of the staff and not feeling rushed while there, made the in-person experience quite lovely as well! Five out of five!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Julie is an exceptional Physiotherapist, offering compassionate and supportive care, which is backed with tons of practical information to educate her clients. I visited her early in the spring after injuring my neck lifting heavy furniture, which resulted in some nerve issues in my arms and hands. I initially thought I injured other areas of my body, but Julie provided very clear explanations as to what was causing my pain, and detailed that this injury actually stemmed from my neck. Over the course of several months, Julie and I worked to slowly adapt my physiotherapy routine to get me moving at normal capacity. I really appreciate Julie's calm presence and "cheerleader" style approach. She treats her client's success as her own, which is a testament to the quality of care she provides at Fundamentals. I also want to shout out the incredible administrative staff at Fundamentals who are always a pleasure to speak to. The tend to inquiries in a flash, and are always extremely communicative about your care with them. I highly recommend Julie and the Fundamentals crew!

The team here is top notch! Recently I was lucky enough to meet Charmi! For the past two months we’ve progressed both shoulders with fantastic results. I put in the work, listened to Charmi and I feel confident to get back into physical activity now. She was very knowledgeable, pushed me for results, and she’s a great down to earth person. Also a big thank you to all the assistance that helped with IFC and cupping. You guys have a great little team over there, all the best!
