This facility is pretty cool, but I find it a bit too chaotic for my liking. Parking is always a hassle, so I wouldn’t get a membership here. I do enjoy coming with my boyfriend when he has a free pass for me or on "bring a friend" days. I really love that they offer that for members! It’s nice to work out and then relax in the sauna or pool. The front desk staff is really friendly, which is a plus! However, I think they should have a separate changing room for the gym, or it would be great if they could keep it cleaner since the floor is often wet and not very clean. Unless you come really early or late at night, it can be a bit hectic. For the amount people pay, I think this facility could definitely do better.

What an amazing facility! I've never seen such a big one like that in my life. Calgarians should be thankful for such a facility. The energy, size, complexity, and variety of sports that you could do are enormous. It's my top choice for my active life!!

At first we were speaking with the girl (not in this photo) about a refund at 11am due to being kicked off the track only after an hour of usage, we were told when we arrived at 10am the track was available for use all day. This person with pink hair interrupted the staff speaking nicely to us and said we weren't getting a refund. The person in the pink hair was combative and confrontational to us as international athletes who are qualifying for the world series in running and we cant believe the experience here we had today. This person should be fired, put under supervision or properly trained as I do not feel they have a future in "customer service" with their current performance in problem solving. MNP culture is supposed to be helpful and the other staff was kind but this pink haired person was beyond inappropriate to MNPs customers. We will gladly tell everyone we talk to about this bad experience and we will never return.

MNP Community & Sport Center is a fantastic place to train! The facility is huge, with so many activities happening all the time. Everything is well-maintained and clean, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I’ve really enjoyed working out here—group fitness classes and lane swimming are my favourites. Plus, the hot tub is the perfect way to relax after a workout. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great fitness community!
