Minu at Frisky Bird Boarding was excellent. She was able to take in my conure, Lennie, on very short notice for two weeks when my regular bird sitter was unavailable, and made everything super easy and stress-free. Minu was flexible with pickup and drop-off times, sent regular updates, and took great care of Lennie. I had complete peace of mind knowing she received excellent care while I was away. Incredibly happy with Frisky Bird Boarding! Went on a trip to Japan for a few weeks and I have never left my bird with anyone but family in over 10 years. I was very worried & nervous, but Minu was amazing in every way. Communication, sending videos and photos, always answering any questions I had. She was able to accommodate his rather large/tall cage - which was turned away by other services. It's very comforting to know that I will have a place in mind if my family is unavailable to look after my bird for future trips! Thank you so much.

We left our budgies with Minu for the summer break. It was a good and professional experience that we had. She took excellent care of the birds and sent us pictures and updates regularly. I did not have to worry about the well being of the birds. We had to leave the birds a couple of days extra and Minu was very accommodating about the changes in our plans. The day we went to pick the birds was also very well organized. I did not have to wait as the birds were down and transferred in to the travel cage and the food was all boxed before we arrived. The cage was cleaned and a new lining was put in. A big thank you to you for taking good care of the little ones :)
