Having purchased two Stressless chairs many years ago we decided to investigate another purchase to replace our somewhat dated living room furniture. We visited other stores but did not like what we saw. We drove the three hours to Scan Decor and it was worth the drive! Vanessa Critelli greeted us and was excellent in surmising our needs. She answered all of our questions, gave us both wood and fabric samples to take home and guided us through the selection and order process. Our furniture arrived a week ago -about 6 months after order, as promised - and we could not be happier with the outcome. We have had numerous complements, both on the quality of the pieces but also on the style. We fully expect it will age very well. Once again, many thanks to Vanessa and the folks at Scan Decor, including the two gentlemen who delivered our order.
