I booked a highlights and haircut appointment with Stephan, and wow he did an amazing job! He’s incredibly talented and clearly knows his craft inside and out. I have very thin, brittle hair, and somehow he managed to give it so much texture, movement, and volume it feels like a total transformation. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I visited the salon as I needed additional information as I wanted the full experience: nails, hair cut/style and the head spa. Was told that the person doing nails is on vacation, fine I can find another salon for that but I wanted to know if I could book a hair appointment as well as the spa treatment and was told that it can only be booked online but how can one book the hair cut and the spa online for the same day? Worst client service ever, not helpful at all!

I went there with my 2 year old... the lady at the desk had a bad attitude she was very rude and all the way throught the haircut she kept giving us weird looks. the girl that cut my sons hair was alright. . i wouldnt recommand people to go there with theire toddler they are not very kid friendly....
