This company has been revolutionary for me in my growth personally and professionally. Mary is fantastic but the front of house staff is also super efficient, responsive, and treat every client like they care and matter. 20/10. Their response rate to me with an urgent situation is unlike that of any health office I’ve experienced, and this is coming from someone who was in a hit and run car accident in April. If you think this office or someone here may be a match for you, most certainly give them a try.

I was wrongfully charged for three additional therapy sessions that I did not schedule or attend back in April. I had my first session with Modern Therapy Group, and I have to be honest—it was not a positive experience. I felt there was a lack of engagement from my therapist, and I communicated this the next day to continue my search elsewhere. Last week, I decided to check my insurance claims and discovered three unauthorized claims from Modern Therapy Group. I received no notice or explanation regarding these charges. Additionally, the claims were made by an employee I never connected with or showed interest in. This is outright fraud and completely unacceptable! I’m relieved that I decided to end my sessions when I did. I reported this incident to my insurance company, and when I brought it to the attention of Modern Therapy Group after receiving their "We miss you" email, I still have not received any further explanation or an apology. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

My wife booked this and it was a complete no show. Called reception and it’s an off site call center with no information. I’ll reiterate what was said before: 1. Zocdoc integration is the doctors responsibility not the patients seeking their service. Grow up and learn how to run a business. 2. The first 50 5-star reviews sound like AI. The two 1-star reviews are clearly written by hurting people. Read and think before you book.

It took a long time to muster up the courage to book an appointment. Did thorough research to find someone who resonated with my goals. Booked an appointment through Zocdoc, waited patiently to receive instructions, finally called - only to be told that not only are appointments made through Zocdoc not real but that Jack Hazan is not accepting new patients. They are aware of the issues but still have their services listed. Please remove your services from platforms that are causing mental inconveniences to real human beings.
