I recently completed 15 sessions for my back and 15 sessions for my shoulders at One Clinics, and I had a positive experience. My physiotherapist, Marlene, was great. She showed genuine care and took the time to answer all my questions, which made each session more comfortable. The other physiotherapists were friendly, always smiling, and helpful, even though I had minimal contact with them. The reception staff were also friendly and efficient, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. My only suggestion for improvement would be to reduce appointment wait times. While the care I received was good, quicker access to sessions would be beneficial for recovery. Overall, One Clinics provided solid care, and I appreciate the support I received.
