This location is very nice and with plenty of rooms. I have had no trouble getting in with little to no advanced scheduling. The staff is always friendly and professional. The best part was the actual service. I had a spa day which included massage and facial. The massage was phenomenal so was the facial my esthetician was super relaxing and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back since they also do a monthly membership which means you get to come in regularly at a discount. I just can’t say enough about my experience at this Hand and Stone so happy they are right here in my neighborhood.

I received the CBD and Himalayan stone massage and facial as a gift. The massage was amazing!! So relaxing! I really loved it. The stones are so neat. I have had many stone massages but these were so much more relaxing. Unfortunately, the facial was not a great experience. It was mainly washing my face with towels and then putting some "salt rods" on pressure points on my face. I didn't get anything out of that and booked another facial right after for a true facial experience.

I had my first ever facial with Jamie and she did a wonderful job! She made me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions, and explained the process. I was so relaxed and left with my skin looking and feeling great. When I come back I’ll definitely be rebooking with her.

Buyer Beware: Check Those Prices Twice—And Then Once More For Good Measure I should’ve listened to the other reviews, because apparently I’m not the first person to get hit with the old bait-and-switch. When I called to book a massage for my friend and me, I was told—clearly and confidently—we’d be receiving an introductory offer since we were first-time clients. Amazing, right? $80 each. Sweet. We were excited. We were relaxed. We were ready to be pampered. Fast forward to checkout, and suddenly the price has magically inflated to $130 each. That’s a $50 upcharge with zero heads-up. When I asked about it, I was basically gaslit and told I “must have misunderstood.” (I didn’t. Trust me.) Oh—and that $10 extra to keep us in the same room? I was told over the phone it would be a flat fee, not $10 per person. Surprise! Not only was it per person, but apparently choosing to be in the same room also meant we no longer qualified for the introductory rate. Another fun fact they failed to mention until after the massage, during checkout. Because nothing says “spa day” like a post-massage argument with a receptionist trying to Jedi-mind-trick you into thinking you misheard everything. She told me she’d have to ask her manager when I pushed back—which, cool… but maybe lead with that instead of waiting until people are standing at the counter trying to sort through the confusion. Also still waiting on my receipt, so I get to go home and play “guess how bad I got scammed.” Love that for me. Now to be fair: the massage therapists? Awesome. Casey (mine) was an absolute gem—5 stars, 10/10, would book again in a heartbeat (somewhere else). My friend had Jeremy (or Jeremiah?) and also had a great experience. So props to the actual staff doing the work. The foot treatment and aromatherapy? Meh. Overpriced and underwhelming. Skip those. Bottom line: Massage: Yes. Business practices: Heck no. This place has some seriously shady pricing tactics and zero integrity at the front desk. I won’t be back, and I’m writing this so others don’t get hoodwinked like we did. Check your pricing, get it in writing, and maybe bring a lawyer just in case. 2 stars only because the therapists deserve better management.
