Been going to Geeta's for 10+ years usually walk in for threading/waxing. Today I tried their facial, and spa pedicure. Sweety was very knowledgeable, friendly, and well trained! She was above and beyond going from the facial, spa pedicure, to threading the eye brows. Very good suggestions and knowledge of the Eminence products and services they provide. Geeta also stepped in from time to time to check in. That's what service is really about. Definitely a place I go back to again and again!

I’ve been coming to Geeta’s for over 9 years now and the service is consistently great. The staff are quick, professional, and really good at shaping brows just the way I like them. I appreciate how they always make sure I’m happy with the results before I leave. The prices are super reasonable too, which makes it easy to come back regularly. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality threading without the fuss!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sweetie is extremely skilled and professional, especially with waxing services. The rates are amazingly reasonable, the facilities are clean, and the service is excellent. Parking nearby is very convenient as well. I highly recommend Geetas for your beauty needs. Very satisfied customer!

I haven’t been to Geeta in a while and I decided to go because I really needed to get my face threaded. I called and asked if appointments are needed and I was told it was not necessary. I also mentioned that I needed full face threading and still they said appointments are not needed. When I went, I waited for 30 minutes because there was only 1 lady doing the threading. When she asked what I like done, I said “full face threading”. She said there is a line of people and I can’t get that done, it was brows and upper lips only. I was told that next time, I can just make an appointment. I explained that I called and asked if appointments are needed and I was told there was no need and just do a walk in. The lady then said that was also ok to do a walk in, but I need to be specific and tell the front desk that I needed full face threading. In the end, I only got by brows and upper lip done. This will be the last time that I come back. There are many other professional places that offer threading in Richmond and I believe the service received today was a disappointment and left me wondering if they value their customers. They need to have better time management and also better communication
