The place was extremely busy but staff was very courteous and patient with all the customers. I was helped by Alexander, who was nice enough to take the huge boxes that I bought out to my car. Which I really appreciated. I will be coming back in the future

The experience of customer service was excellent. I only have a couple complaints or requests that they do things differently. I wish they'd send out a bill for my monthly dues. Also the unit I rented is one of the smaller ones and I have to walk a bit, which wouldn't be so bad but when I'm constantly transferring things to and from, it's burdensome.
