i came here for the first time yesterday and walked out without service!!! i went in for pain in a tooth, i had a cavity between my teeth. i didn’t know what to expect as i’ve never dealt with them before. the dental assistant was already extremely rude when i came in. just a weird attitude and seemed like she was annoyed. they numbed my gums- without telling me what they were doing, and i ended up numbing my entire tongue n throat by licking the area. again i’ve never dealt with this before so i didnt know what she was doing.. and i wasn’t being communicated with. they then came in with a needle and tried to numb me AGAIN without communicating what they were doing. i have a slight fear of needles and ive never had one in my gums before, so i told them to wait a second. (i needed two minutes max to chill out and talk myself into it😅) the dentist tried to physically pry open my mouth to put the needle in, the assistant told me with the most attitude they had other clients that they could be with right now and that i need to just do it. that is when i got up and walked out. this was very very upsetting. if i could give 0 stars i would…
