Never go here. They are running a scam. Went for ugernt care for my 2 year old, and they charge me $1000 for a nose swab. $800 is my responsibility because insurance doesn't want to pay their inflated prices. No where was it visible for me to know I would be charged $1000 for a nose swab to consent. They apparently think I should forgo feeding my family for a nose swab. Do not give this business a single cent. I cannot beleive a business this immoral is allowed to be open. They advertise as a convenient care, but don't inform you that they bill anything they do there as a hospital visit so insurance won't cover it.

Never had a problem coming here until I brought my children for a school check up. My kids were a little routy and I kept apologizing to the nurse and other things. My one child had to use the rest room and I accidentally over Hurd the nurse taking shit about me and my kids. Made me feel like such a bad mom and I was so upset I couldn't get out of that office fast enough Next time u want to talk shit about a mom or her kids make sure the door is closed and everyone in the hall can't hear you! Less chance if a possible hippa violation that way Or better yet wait for them to leave!!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Right from the start at the front desk the lovely/caring lady helped me out…btw sorry for saying I didn’t received my ID and insurance back from you. I wasn’t feeling good that I forgot…This facility has an EXCELLENT staff. I wished I had written down everyone’s name. I’m sincerely thankful for everyone’s help on making me feel better ❤️‍🩹 I went in there not breathing good and fighting myself for a grasp of air. With the small treatment I received I instantly felt a big relief. Thank you, thank you 🙏 for that. I’m going to follow my treatment and I’m 100% confident that I’ll be back to my normal self. Again, thank you all and God Bless.

The front desk were all so wonderful the 3 times I had to come in for stitches and then rechecks and removal. Kaylynn Suste, FNP and all the nurses were excellent. They were patience with me even through my fear of needles and just the whole process. Kaylynn truly made me feel like she cared and was so helpful. One of the nurses even held my hand when I was scared. It meant more then either one realized with my anxiety spiking lately it has been hard to get through this trauma. So thank you to all of the staff at this location for being so wonderful and caring.
