Andrew and Nicholas were an amazing team! They were extremely attentive to care, caution, detail and became intensively innovative upon realization that this Ashley Genoa Sofa/Chaise was not going to fit through the 32” door opening as stated by Ashley nor through the sliding glass doors they disassembled! The took out an enormous picture window and the sliders on each side to perfectly deliver and white glove assemble my new furniture! What a team! These guys were outstanding in every way! Even making referrals for painters to accommodate the need for color change to match new furniture! They both were polite and oh so professional ! Thank you very much Morse Moving and Storage! We were very impressed and comfortable with the professionalism and timeliness of our friendly moving staff led by TJ. Together with Travis and Dylan in Traverse City, they worked efficiently and well together wrapping our furniture and carefully carrying heavy pieces from the basement and second floor out to the semi. They also loaded all of our packed boxes and miscellaneous items from within the house and garage. There was A LOT to move. Each of them communicated very well with us throughout the process, checked in with how we were doing and asked how could they help along the way. Very much appreciated. The next morning, TJ arrived at our new Milford MI house on time and Justin and Bill (from this area) met him. Again they communicated very well with our direction inside about placement of furniture and boxes. They unwrapped and centered furniture. Most notably, they each continually reminded us that they were there to do the hard work, sometimes moving things once or twice as requested. Eileen Nadeau also was pleasant when she initially came to give us a quote. This team's service was top notch, efficient, professional, careful, communicative, and friendly. We highly recommend using them. Thanks especially to TJ.

We worked with PODs on a multi state move, but they didn't drop off at our house; they stored at Grand Rapids. After checking many local moving companies' reviews, we called Morse Moving. Not only would they unpack our POD, load it to their truck, then unpack again at our house, they were able to fit us in their schedule in the same week. We weren't looking for an immediate unpack, but this really fit our schedule so nicely. The moving team was fantastic - prompt, quick, and clean! Communication with the office and planning staff was seamless. Not much more we can ask of a moving team. Thanks so much for taking on the last leg of our move back to the mitten!
