After an initial experience that didn’t really go well, Mitchell Pest responded promptly and asked to hear about my concerns and experience. Despite an already full schedule, they made time to send out a different technician. This time, the service was extremely thorough. I cannot stress the night and day difference. Andrew, my new tech, went above and beyond in making sure I wouldn’t have anymore problems, even pointing out new areas of potential entry and remediating them immediately.
