The room itself was clean, the beds were comfortable (platform beds), and the TV worked well. The bathroom & shower itself didn't have a working light, but the light from the sink in the hallway sufficed. It was difficult to regulate the water temperature of the shower, but the grab bars on it were excellent as they helped me get in & out of the shower very well. If you are a trucker or worker traveling and you need a place to sleep, then this is for you! If you are on vacation and looking to be comfortable, you may want to go elsewhere for amenities as this is truly a budget hotel. I wasn't crazy about the location either, but overall it was okay.

I have been staying here here and there for years. For some reason it's not like it was And that was 3 weeks ago. I have complained to the office that there are people next door to me that are outside their house with chairs drinking all night long It's 4:22 a.m. I even sent them the audio. Not only that we want it a one bed to give us a two bed please that's not a big deal but there are baby roaches on the bed next to us. I've never seen that happen here before. When I went down and try to be as nice as I possibly could without sounding like a complainer The people said they would come up and do something about it and they literally got louder and louder next door. Making beats on the railings out front their room. There's like six or seven people over there which I could care less but they've been doing it all night I have got no sleep you know check out if at 11:00 I have to be to work in the morning. I'm trying not to be one of them people that complain about everything and trying to keep my mouth shut and just never come back here again. And it's crazy to me that nobody else is complaining or the people downstairs just really simply don't give a crap. And when I say they are loud I mean they're so loud that they might as well be in the room with me. I am not going to go out there and say nothing to them myself because they're literally going to laugh at me. I will never stay here again ever this experience is horrifying and it's a freaking nightmare. I'm not even going to stay until check out. It was a waste of 90 something dollars.

Absolute worst hotel I've been to. The man at the desk said we had to pay cash (should have left at this point). After paying we got our room card and drove to the room. The place was AWAKE at 1 am. Noise and folk waking around shouting on their phones. We open our room to find a possibly in-use room with towels and bedding thrown all over. A compete mess and felt very unsafe. Better to find somewhere else.

Too much noise and smokers found here . Bathroom is filed up cockroaches .& ants. I kindly request the following: 1. An immediate inspection and pest control treatment of the room and property. 2. A full refund for my stay due to the unsanitary conditions. 3. Assurance that steps will be taken so future guests do not face this issue. I hope this matter is taken seriously and resolved promptly. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and inform me of the actions being taken.
