I would give zero stars if I could. My family kindly reserved us several days at this hotel location. We did not stay at all. It had black mold in the tub, air vents which were clearly clogged with dust and peeling wallpaper in the room. In all the upset of having a terrible room and deciding to not stay, I accidentally left my purse there overnight. When I discovered I left it the next morning, I went and got it but all the money I had in my purse was gone. Stolen. I was told “no one would even take a dollar”. Well they did! We were right deciding not to stay there. That was a rotten thing to do.

This is not your typical QualityInn, was more like a roach motel. There was no Quality to this hotel lacks Security., you advertise hot breakfast. There is no hot breakfast ,no juice unless you consider making a waffle,a hot breakfast,Their coffee is worse than our Army Coffee, this hotel needs a major renovation The only vending machine in the hotel was in operable. fitness room was inoperable. It was storage. There are holes in the wall, wallpaper cleaning off the wall. Carpets looked like they had been cleaned in years. Bathroom tub in our room needs a series cleaning , the hairdryer in the room could not be used since you had to have one finger on the on button one hand on the blow dryer and your third hand using for the curler. Oh, we don’t have three hands that creates a problem since you can’t use the blow dryer the way it was intended, there was still trash in the drawers, so housekeeping does not even check to make sure everything is clean, needless to say I would be ashamed to call this a Quality Inn., or have this under the Choice corporation of hotels

We stayed in rm#120 on 8/2/25. Although the staff was friendly & professional; the room was horrendous. There are thick cob webs all along the top of walls to the ceiling. Another issue was the peeling drywall over the tub & shower. The room also smelled very musty, an indicator of possible mold, we did end up dealing with stuffed up noses. We will definitely not go back to this hotel, I want to stay at a hotel that is pristine & not have to worry about other peoples germs or the room falling apart. The owner/manager needs to take more pride in this hotel.

The first room i was given had a large amount of mould on the ceiling. The second had cocroaches. The pool was closed for renovations when I stayed there in Aug 2024 that still have not been completed in June of 2025. The amount of dust in the crevices of the hallway carpets is disgusting. I have generally had decent luck with Quality Inns in many places across the US and Canada. I am disgusted by my stay here. It does not come close to meeting my expectations of a clean place to sleep.
