Facilities are great (has just tripled in size!), trainers are encouraging and detailed which I need to keep me motivated when training. The members are very supportive and there is a great family like atmosphere with honest encouragement and everyone of all abilities are welcomed and embraced. What I love (and often need) is that there is always an alternative type of movement that adapts to everyone’s ability so you never feel like you can only be there if you are superman/superwoman. My kids sometimes do the kids classes also which is a bonus to keep them active also and teach them good habits. If your on the fence then just go try a class, it will be worth it.

Great family oriented gym! My wife and I stopped in for a workout and had a wonderful time. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and great coaching. Large class was fun and accomodating to our fitness needs. We had Chris, who was helpful and informative about both crossfit and where to go while visiting Montreal on our weekend getaway! If we are ever back in the area we wouldn't hesitate to stop in for another great workout!

I go there when on vacation since it's closer to home than my other gym. I love it and wish I could go there more often. EDIT: I now go there full time!! Love it.
