They don't actually listen to you and set you up for failure. Asked me if I had any medications I take i said no. He asked if I was prescribed any meds I said yeah but I don't take them and haven't taken them for a while. Listed them as active medications and it cost me this job opportunity after they cut a giant chunk of my hair off that ive been growing for years. So now I have a big old bald spot, and due to an error on their part no longer eligible for this job ive been waiting about a month for. Thanks guys 👌

We use Rocky Mountain Care Clinic for our work incidents, DOT medicals, and drug testing. I have never had an issue with their service. We wait until the next available person is available like any other work med clinic. I think the wait time is pretty quick compared to a lot of other places we use.

I've been coming to rocky mntn medical for over 10yrs to get my cdl medical card. The people there have always been pleasent and quick to get the job done. Better then corporate concentra. If u have a choice I would choose Rocky Mountain Medical

Army CPT many drugs test for 10 yrs, had my CDL since 2015 many pre-employment, random test never once had an issue. Even had a pre-employment test and guess what. PASSED. On 5thMarch2025 called in for a random showed up at 1730. Took an Alcohol test 0.0 PASSED, pissed and the new guy w/ a mask said he didn’t smell piss, didn’t have enough bubble in the cup, and cause i took vitamin B the sample was to neon. So then i was told i had 3 hrs to take another sample i tried twice before the 3 hr mark and could go. Letting the know its against my religion to have someone look at my privates as it’s only for my wife to look at, and that’s sacred in my religion. They act as if they didn’t care or cared to listen. But i tried and nothing. After the 3 hr they said i have 5 days to come back with a dr note stating i have a dry bladder. You have any idea how hard that is to obtain when the dr wasn’t there to observe. It’s impossible, so i said can i just retake it anyways? They said, not without a dr note. So i had emailed ODAPCWebMail@dot.gov letting them know when i was finished with my sample they had me wait out front then had me come back 5 min later to observe them seal up my sample huge red flag. Still waiting for a response. So im now having to do a YouT Clip on my channnnl to explain my situation to send it to the DOT. I feel this is extremely not right and just. Nothing makes sense. Especially after reading everyone’s comments. Place should be shut down. This is my life and now I’ve lost mg CDL and how I’m i suppose to provide for mg family now. Having a new born. Extremely heartless and cold this place is. Laughing in the back as I’m up front in tears wondering what I’m i suppose to do now.
