If I could give a 0 I would. Tracking showed their local terminal ( one hour away from me) received my package on Dec 5th. I was told they'd call me with a delivery date right away, never did. After weeks of no communication with me directly and every excuse in the book to the supplier, they finally delivered the package on Dec. 21, still with no phone call to schedule it, no phone call when they were 1/2 hour away like I was told I'd get, and they tried to deliver my $8,000 item it to the wrong house! I literally had to flag them down. What a nice Christmas gift my neighbors almost had. Their truck had no markings and looked like a rental. Why did they felt they had the right to hold my package for nearly 20 days before choosing to deliver it is beyond me. This is the second time this year that this has happened for us with this company. The sad thing is that the seller did not inform me of who the shipping company would be. Lesson learned, always asked and refuse use of this company.
