HONEST HONEST HONEST!!! I needed plumbing for a new laundry tub installation, but also knew there was an additonal issue, .....the plastic pipe going into bsement cement under the existing laundry tub was loose. Company was called on a Saturday evening, plumber came on site on a Sunday to assess job. Situation was assesed in 5-6 mins, but then he took 30 mins to properly explain the loose pipe situaton. He answeerd all my questions and wanted to make sure I understood the situation, my options and pros/cons. I hired him on spot . He started work 2 days later. Upon breaking concrete, he advised me that the pipe under the concrete was actaully a better situation then what he suspected/thought it was. He showed me the pipe in the concrete and again explained the situaton to me for why it was a good situation. He advised me the originally quoted price was being amended to be 50% lower, as less work was needed. Now, I dont know plumbing, had he NOT been honest, I would never have known if the pipe in the concrete needed replacement or not. Fast forward to end of job a few days later...he again, explained the work he did and the benefits of the new plumbing he installed. Work was clean and placement of pipes was ideal for future access. This company is now my "go-to" plumber. Honesty, fair, knowledgable!
