I had a few projects to get done and decided to use the services of Mr. Handyman. They were able to reschedule me to an earlier appointment date, which was really convenient for me. John arrived within the scheduled time and was really professional. He looked at all my requests and gave me a quote and advised of the work that could be completed that day. John was very patient and detail oriented, he explained/identified the issues he encountered and worked around them. He ensured he cleaned up the area he worked in once he completed his task. I was extremely happy with John Morrison and the work he completed for me.

Mr Handyman is rare in the industry, they excel at the fundamentals of business operations. When I call the phone number, they answer the phone(rare) with a very kind person(not a menu of 50 choices or Robocop), and clearly explain their process. They sent a picture of the technician and his contact information on a text message, and the technician, Michael S, was on time with a professional, positive attitude. The work was completed yesterday so I am not sure of the long-term performance, but based on the experience thus far I have no reason to be concerned a problem exists, or if a problem occurs it would not be resolved. Highly recommend.

Brian was the absolute best. So impressed! He did everything and I mean EVERYTHING to fix up my aunts house, that frankly had not been take care of for far too long. He even helped us get her car to start. I wish we could take him back to Illinois with us he was so wonderful.
