I had some one come by to quote putting in chair rail and some simple molding in a hallway and room. I paid $90 for a quote that they said I would receive the same day. I did not receive the quote for several days and it came back at $14,000. I had a similar job done at another property for $2500. Prices are high and they do not communicate.
