Utterly disappointed with this company. I hired them in March 2025 to repair two doors that would not latch, and I was charged $240. Just a few months later, one of those doors stopped latching again because the screws were not installed properly and shifted out of place. I reached out recently to have them correct their own workmanship and look at another door with a similar issue. Instead of acknowledging the prior poor repair, they quoted me $250 for one door. When I questioned how it could cost more than the original $240 for two doors, they claimed the second door would be “free,” which makes absolutely no sense. Charging more for a single repair than they originally charged for two identical repairs is unreasonable, especially when one of those original repairs was not done correctly in the first place. I do not recommend this company unless you want to waste your time and money.

The handyman was absolutely a wonderful person to work with. He went above and beyond the planned work in that he noticed things that needed fixing snd took care. Conscientious and a master of all variety of tasks needed to restore my place to its original level of freshness— he made it more than livable after a messy time of asbestos abatement and floor replacement. It is a pleasure snd relief to have the use if all rooms after 3 1/2 months of jumbled spaces due to the loss of fully livable spaces following water damageřand floor replacement.

Avoid this company. They have no incentive to finish work on time because they charge by the hour and take payment after each visit. Their technician estimated cabinet removal and vent relocation would take 8 hours in a single day. Two weeks later, with over $200 added to the original estimate, the work is still unfinished. There were no complications. I provided all parts and materials. The technician simply left early every time. He left an open HVAC vent hole and a loose cabinet, knowing they had to be fixed before the countertop installation. When I asked why no one was sent to finish the mess they left behind, I was told someone would come. Later, they denied ever saying that. I have everything in writing.
