I had party and I ordered from uber eats and look what they gave us!!! Dough is so thin over cooked(dark brown) no cheese and look at shape it looks awful Some of the slices are smaller than 2 inches This is not acceptable!!!

Fresh slice is fresh slice theres not much to say about it and my review is not necessarily being written for the food - it is as you would expect it to be. This location’s star are the employees here! I work in an accounting firm very close by and every time I come in, they are kind, efficient and welcoming. Also, the place is kept sooo clean and tidy - theres never any crubs or leftover food on the display shelf nor the condiment area. Ive never seen any of them be rude or short with anyone and it is sincerely appreciated - the owner should be proud! Specifically Sukhman and Simrose have always been efficient and attentive 💯

Absolutely horrible customer service!!! I called over 2 horrific undercooked UNCUT pizzas I had to cut myself…missing the sauce too…. She YELLED at me over the phone and then said she put me on speaker so all “all the customers can hear and laugh at you” refused to give me the general managers name and said “we don’t have one” mocked me and told me “it’s the start of her shift” over and over in response to my concerns of how she’s treating me…. I’m shocked and absolutely horrified of this experience… it’s one thing to receive “food” like this but to be treated so badly over it is next level. Unacceptable!

I’ve always been a loyal customer of Fresh Slice and have usually been very satisfied with both the food quality and the staff’s behavior at other branches. However, during my recent visit to the Lonsdale branch, I experienced very unprofessional behavior from Ms. Aman. There was a small issue regarding something with my order, and instead of handling it politely, she responded with a very rude tone and attitude. Since then, her behavior toward me has noticeably changed, and it seems that out of spite, she intentionally delays my orders and doesn’t prepare them in the proper order like other customers’. Such behavior is unacceptable from a reputable place like Fresh Slice and can really affect customer satisfaction. I kindly ask that this matter be looked into and properly addressed to prevent similar issues in the future.
