I just want to say, although they arrived an hour past the schedules time frame the plumber was kind, clean and explained everything he was doing throughout the service call. So very pleased. I hope I don't have to call for another emergency plumbing issues but if I do, I'll call Mr Rooter again.

An appointment was scheduled for the same day and a Plumbing Technician named Habib Hosseini showed up on time and got straight to work. Plumbing technician Owen came to our house and was very professional and thorough assessing our plumbing problems and provided us with a quote for the repairs. He was able to return the next day fully equipped with the necessary equipment and parts to repair everything and then some. Replacing an old toilet with many problems and repairing a leaking kitchen sink drainage system were the repairs and we are very happy with the results. Being an older house, he made sure all new repairs were up to code. Any problems not visible initially were addressed and taken care of as well. We are very satisfied with our repairs and would not hesitate to use Mr. Rooter Plumbing again.
