Mr. Rooter Plumbing Windsor Ontario

I’ve used Mr. Rooter twice now, both times in a bit of emergency situation…the second time slightly after hours. Both times they arrived promptly, were very thorough and addressed the trouble quickly. I found them to be courteous and very helpful in explaining the problem while they made the repairs. I definitely will not hesitate using Mr. Rooter if i have plumbing troubles again and would recommend their services to others.

Josh was wonderful! He outlined our next steps for repair of my parents home, provided a quote and responded quickly with a call or text. He went above and beyond on a Sunday and contacted the locate company to schedule a rush locate for my parents who suffer from Alzheimer's and Dementia. They were displaced and becoming confused while living in another residence. Highly recommend. He was amazing.

We’ve always experienced excellent service from Mr. Rooter! Josh arrived right on time and was able to quickly identify our problem and fix it all in under an hour! He was very friendly and helpful with tips to prevent the leak from happening again in the future. Very happy with the service we received!
