He lied to us and asked us to wait for two weeks while he came up with a plan B. We ended up calling him after three weeks. The person that answers the calls at MRC who helps Micheal dodge calls when he gives up on business that he doesn't get, kept forgetting that he spoke to us. He never explained to us that the roof was in bad shape, he never talked to us about anything besides, give him time, he will work out something. He had my wife and I waiting and waiting, we had to call him. Now he's lying to cover up and it's embarrassing for a business to cover up and lie to a customer. I plan to assure you that I know enough people in Shreveport / Bossier to let them know how bad this business is. I hope that BBB talks to him about these lies. (We have money, your business needs money). He was very unprofessional, with tight cut off shorts, tight with holes.

Please be aware, read and understand. We needed help a with roof repair or roof damages. We called Micheal who is the owner of the company. Micheal from MRC roofing came by to look at the damages. He made us feel that he was going to make us feel comfortable and that we had nothing to worry about. The issuance company didn't see one hundred per cent damages on the roof. Micheal makes the statement that this is what insurance companies do, give them two weeks (note when I did call Micheal was driving with his family going out of town). In between the time and before that I received no follow up call, no curtesy call or anything. I had to make several calls three weeks later to ask how things were coming along with my roof. Someone in his office took the call (Micheal wouldn't come to the phone), the office person kept putting me on hold and then he would come back with my reply or answer. Finally, the company said that they couldn't do the job. Bad customer service Facts: If I had not called them, I would be still sitting and waiting on them to give me that call that they promised me. Fact 2, Because MRC didn't get the full roof job which would have paid them more money, MRC decided that a small job doesn't pay them anything, so MRC decided to drop the customer and the job all together without letting the customer know. Facts 3, my roof has a tarp over it because of roof damages which may causes leaks, MRC didn't care enough for the customer to give a curtesy call that they weren't going to do it. This is the type of business that can't be trusted. When the workers lie to you it's one thing, when the owner lie to a customer, that's really scary. They only been in business for three years, their start is desperate and it's all about making a pay day, not earning a customer one by one to build their business. BE AWARE, friends must have given them 5 stars, ghost wish.

When he felt like he had the job, he made promises to me, when Statefarm did not approved the full roof, he disappeared like he knew magic, he never said bye. This is very bad business for an up-and-coming new business. No left messages, no missed calls or follow up from this company.

MRC Roofing came by about a month ago to inspect my roof. They submitted everything to insurance and they installed my roof two days ago. It looks absolutely amazing! They made the process absolutely painless and they went beyond what we agreed upon. I have had many contractors, some good, some not so good. This is the first time I’ve ever been dazzled by a contractor. I’m so grateful for them. I hope I never need a new roof but if I do I’m calling MRC Roofing!!
