We were recently referred to Murdoch Veterinary Clinic as the emergency vet on call, and we are so grateful for their care and compassion during one of the hardest moments for our little farm cat, Pancakes. His passing was sudden and unexpected, but Dr. Kelley and her technician provided the utmost dignity and kindness in helping him cross the rainbow bridge. They didn’t know about the other cat and five dogs waiting for us at home, but in that moment, they treated Pancakes as if he were our only pet—like he was the most important animal in the world. The way they handled everything—gently, professionally, and with genuine care—made an unbearable situation just a little easier. We can’t thank them enough for their compassion and support.
