Awesome store! Great prices! Absolutely fantastic service. I bought a chain saw and a leaf blower, the gentleman that sold these to me was very polite, knowledgeable, and even took the time to show me how they work. I highly recommend this store.

Very poor experience with repair work. Brought the saw in a total of 3 times between Dec. ‘23 and April’24. Saw was never repaired but I was charged almost the cost of a new saw. I was constantly accused of adding something to the fuel, but they couldn’t explain why my other saws ran fine. Finally bought it to another dealer, they said I had a perfectly good saw that wouldn’t run, so they called Stihl. The technician at Stihl said it was rare but was probably an internal carb defect. New carb installed (under warranty which had lapsed thanks to all the time wasted at M.R.A.) Saw has been running like a champ (Stihl) ever since. I will not set foot at Muskoka Rent All again. (I have an interesting side story… but it’ll wait)

Today while cutting up a couple trees in my yard my chainsaw broke. They were able to fix my saw in 20 minutes!! Amazing service!! The staff are incredible!!

Great place to rent, I shopped around and they beat everywhere else not only on price, but customer service as well. I rented the small CAT skid steer, it broke down my 4th day but they sent someone out to swap it within an hour. Garth on the phone was very nice and made sure the rental process went smoothly. Would definitely use again!
