RonaldDo not come here for anything warranty related. Fadi is deceitful, misleading, dishonest. My Range Rover has warranty coverage I needed a new back up camera, I did the mistake of coming here to use my Lubrico warranty coverage. I was waiting over a month for a camera to come in stock, Fadi continually told me this item was not in stock. I ended up getting into a car accident, I was reversing and did not see a vehicle coming my back up camera would’ve helped with this. When I called Lubrico myself because Fadi was giving me the run around for more than a month my warranty company told me they approved coverage for a NEW CAMERA more than a month ago. Fadi wanted me to pay for my camera even though warranty was going to cover it in full. He was going to pocket the warranty money and take money from me. When I advised him of my own research in regards to contacting the warranty company only then was when he finally said okay he will get me a new camera. I would not recommend dealing with this dishonest individual in any way. Avoid at all costs. There are hundreds of mechanic shops that will gladly and honestly service your vehicle.
