I was a member for a year with personal training. Staff were nice and engaging but on the financial side they continued to debit unauthorized funds from my account. When I attempted to have them rectify this the manager has failed to communicate. It has now been 4 weeks with no response, they failed to cancel my membership after I made the request in writing, there has been no response in how they plan to reimburse all the illegal funds they took and corporate says they are individually owned and can't help. So if you see a payment come out that should not act on it immediately!!! Front line staff amazing, management is an utter fail!
