We recently teamed up with MW events for a wedding in Sevierville and from a vendor perspective, we thoroughly enjoyed working with Rachael and her team! She was communicative prior to the wedding, supportive on the day of, but also hands off enough to let the wedding pros do their thing. She was very client centered and you could tell she had a calm control of all the moving parts on a typical wedding day. We can't recommend awesome team enough!

Still on cloud nine after daughter’s wedding that surpassed my greatest expectations! Seemingly seamless in my opinion due to Rachael of MW events, Nancy of Bistro By The Tracks catering, and Colby West Floral Designs. Rachael held my hand from the beginning and was a calming influence throughout. She was wonderful at helping with ‘negotiations’ with the bride and made all flow perfectly on the day of the wedding. I was concerned about long lines for 340 people at food stations and bars, but Nancy assured me that all would be fine- and she was right. And, the food was fabulous ! Colby took my daughter’s vision and made magic happen in the museum and tent. He is an artist and the flowers were exquisite. All had worked together before and their professionalism and experience was evident. Highest praise and appreciation for this team who allowed me to just enjoy this special event.
