I have had dealings with Manoli Nicolas for about 4 years now in relation to leases and buying and selling commercial properties. I found Manoli to be diligent with his work responding to communications quickly. He seems to be very hard working – responding to emails at 5 or 6 in the morning. On a recent lease there was a potential problem and Manoli was willing to forgo his commission if the transaction did not go through. This was at his initiative even though the problem was not caused by him. His integrity caught my attention. He wanted what was best for me and the tenant. Even though it was a small matter and a lot of work involved, he helped and dealt with it like a big job. Again, showing his attitude and commitment. More recently my dealings with Manoli’s office have been in relation to commercial property management. I work with Linlin who is very efficient and friendly – responding to email quickly and in a professional manner. Best part was that Linlin achieved results that our previous property manager did not. It seems like Manoli and his team paint from the same brush – efficiency, easy to communicate with and achieving results.
