I was quite please with this company. I had a large bbq delivered. On the day of delivery they called to give me a 2 hour window. They showed up within that window. The delivery guy took the time to put the box where it would work best for me. He was pleasant and personable. Box was in perfect condition. Happy customer here!

I am writing as a shipper. Honestly Day & Ross killed it, they got me out of a jam. Their online quote service was spot on, they allowed me to schedule a shipment on a guest account. I requested a pick up as guest at 11:30am, trailer arrived at 1pm. Shipped Windsor to Whitby, delivered next day by 8:30am. They are part of my network now, glad to have an account with them.
