AlexDO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY Customer services is terrible, they will never answer the phone or call you back! Everyone in the office acts like they have no clue what is going on nor try to help they just say we’ll have the manager call you! Which never happens!
Cindy SerranoI would not recommend after new management took over everything is unprofessional I booked on line and paid $170 but never moved in I notice the space was too small wanted to complain but couldn’t get any one to help me at the office …waited 2 hours for someone to get back from lunch fast forward they keep my money close to $170 dollars for nothing because I never moved in when I called to discuss my situation the lady in front hung up the phone. Please do better with customer service.
