I don’t have enough good things to say about this hidden gem in Stony Plain. Melyssa and staff are so welcoming to new participants. They make a point of remembering your name and are happy to help coach you if you are new to yoga. The classes are available to all levels of yoga practitioners, but as a beginner I really appreciate the support. I have also seen a big increase in my strength, balance, and mobility in the couple of months that I’ve been going. The studio offers multiple yoga styles and class times each day which makes it convenient to fit classes into your schedule. Highly recommended!

Melyssa is so compassionate and has a passion for delivering classes that benefit all those attending both physically and emotionally. I have been going to Mystical Stony Yoga Studio in Stony Plain for many years! Melyssa, the owner/operator and instructor extraordinaire, is a beautiful soul who cares deeply about her yogis! During the COVID shut down Melyssa offered on-line classes, but I am thrilled that the studio is open again! I have attended a number of classes in the past couple of weeks and I have felt safe and comfortable in the studio.
